Our nationally renowned trainers help coaches create a solid understanding of how they can use coaching tools to work with clients, families, and students to co-create positive change.

The training provides access to coaching tools you can use with clients, families and students.

This program is for those looking to gain advanced coaching skills! This 20-hour training will include a brief refresher from our initial coach training, and then tackle advanced coaching skills and includes plenty of opportunities for practice with others. Coach or Financial Coach Training is a prerequisite for this training.

Advanced Coach Training: Older Adults is a one-day, interactive training designed for coaches who want to strengthen their ability to effectively support older adult clients. This advanced course explores the unique experiences, strengths, and challenges of today’s older adults while building best practices for coaching in later life. Participants will deepen their understanding of age-related transitions and develop practical strategies to help older adults achieve both professional and personal goals. The prerequisite for this class is having completed Coach Essentials Training or Financial Coach Training.

Certification provides the Coach with the right to use CNM CERTIFIED COACH as a certification credential from our nationally recognized program that demonstrates to the Coaching community a high level of professional experience and commitment to the field. The CNM CERTIFIED COACH credential indicates that our Coaches have met the CNM and CNM Ingenuity certification requirements and mastered the necessary tools and techniques to provide competent and valuable coaching services. The CNM CERTIFIED COACH credential distinguishes a Coach from others in the field and demonstrates achievement to peers and clients.
CNM Ingenuity will be performing scheduled maintenance on Saturday, January 20 from 8 p.m. – 11 p.m. Students will not be able to submit or modify any forms during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Please contact us with any questions.
