The home maintenance and repair program will teach you the basics of taking care of residential homes. This includes seasonal maintenance to buildings and grounds as well as non-structural repairs to walls, doors, windows, porches, decks, steps, and siding. By the end of the program, you will be prepared to work for a property maintenance company or obtain a handyman license and go into business for yourself.
The home maintenance and repair program is also perfect for homeowners who want to learn more about the upkeep of their own property. This is an 80 hour course that takes place over two weeks and includes OSHA 10 certification.
This program will begin in summer 2020. Check back for updates.
