Real Estate Courses

Real Estate Courses are offered both for those interested in entering the real estate field and for those who are looking for continuing education credits.

Real Estate Prelicensing Courses

The Real Estate Prelicensure package is comprised of three, thirty-hour courses that together fulfill the education requirements necessary to apply to take the New Mexico Real Estate Broker’s Examination. The courses can be taken simultaneously or spread out, but all courses must have been completed within the three years prior to application to take the exam, which is available through the New Mexico Real Estate Commission. CNM does not offer the exam.

Sign up for the entire package and take all three courses simultaneously for $809 – a 10% savings. In addition to the nine hours per week of class time, most students spend an additional twenty five hours on assignments and review. That comes out to about thirty-six hours a week, so think of it like a full-time job.
