Deloitte sponsored in collaboration with AFRL’s Space Vehicle Directorate, present a combined Cyber and Space industry event:

·         Inaugural 2022 New Mexico Cyber and Space Symposium

·         AFRL’s second annual Space Cyber Summit

Hosted by Central New Mexico Community College (CNM) at the CNM Workforce Training Center in Albuquerque.

The event brings together both cyber and space professionals to address existing and future needs.

Highlights

Explore opportunities for answering current and future challenges related to protecting space systems, open data systems and discuss cyber initiatives and recommendations for cyber and space defense.

·         Statewide forum for government, academia, private industry and the public sector to share insights collaborate and help solve challenges facing space, cybersecurity and national defense.

·         Cybersecurity and space professionals participate in panel discussions examining industry insights and opportunities while highlighting cutting-edge cyber and space capabilities and challenges.

·         AFRL’s Space Cyber Resiliency Technical Area, Classified SCI-level in-person at AFRL Kirtland Air Force Base. For questions, email [email protected]

·         Cyber Capture the Flag (CTF) competition engages emerging student (grades 8-12) talent on day 2, as well as college teams on day three, and offers exciting networking opportunities with higher education institutions, cybersecurity, and space professionals from the public and private sectors. ·         Connect and collaborate with speakers and industry professionals on Day 1 and Day 2 social mixers.

Event Tracks

Day 1 (Oct. 12): All welcome. Topics will include space systems, and cyber initiatives and recommendations for cyber and space defense.

Day 2 (Oct. 13): AFRL’s Space Cyber Resiliency Technical Area, Classified SCI-level in-person at AFRL Kirtland Air Force Base and virtually over IC-Connect and TS VoIP secured connection.

Day 3 (Oct.14): All welcome. Commercial and Industry open-house style event with panels and Cyber Capture the Flag (CTF) competition.
